About the role
HireZ is launching a trust‑first rental marketplace in Bengaluru and needs a proactive Host Success Manager to be the face of the brand for our hosts. You will work directly in the field, guiding hosts from first contact through onboarding, booking, and post‑booking support.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential hosts in Koramangala, HSR Layout, and BTM via in‑person visits, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Lead hosts through the complete onboarding workflow, including document collection, photography coordination, pricing setup, and listing approval.
- Maintain the host pipeline in Airtable and ensure each host goes live on the platform.
- Follow up with hosts until they receive their first booking and conduct post‑booking check‑ins to guarantee a smooth experience.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all hosts you bring on, handling queries and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as photographers and product, to improve the host experience.
Required profile
- Enjoys talking to people and is self‑motivated to make daily outreach calls.
- Fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English, using all three languages regularly.
- Based in Bengaluru and able to work in the field every day.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, real‑estate, business development, or community management.
- Ready to join immediately; a delay of more than one week is not acceptable.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Airtable for pipeline management.
What we offer
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹22,000, based on experience.
