About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our hospice team in Fort Worth, Texas. The role involves providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care to individuals at the end of life, supporting both patients and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Assist with end‑of‑life care and ensure comfort.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Required profile

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Experience working in hospice care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
