Head of Strategy

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Head of Strategy to lead the development and execution of its growth agenda across the GCC and broader asset‑management business. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape long‑term strategic plans, drive acquisitions, partnerships and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with global objectives and market trends.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities, potential partnerships and M&A targets.
• Collaborate with global business leaders, technology teams and external partners to integrate strategic initiatives.
• Lead innovation through advanced analytics, AI and digital tools to improve processes and client outcomes.
• Establish governance frameworks, performance metrics and best‑practice standards for continuous improvement.
• Provide advisory support to the Head of Office on strategic priorities for Invesco India Pvt. Ltd.
• Manage change‑management programs, facilitate senior‑leader deliberations and drive cross‑functional projects using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior strategy or business development roles within the financial services or asset‑management sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data‑driven insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global and regional teams.
• Track record of leading complex projects, M&A activities and digital transformation initiatives.
