Head of Inside Sales & Revenue Operations

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to own and scale the Inside Sales function and Revenue Operations for Housing.com, India’s leading real‑estate technology platform. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, drive growth, and ensure seamless revenue processes across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the inside‑sales strategy to acquire and retain customers across buying, renting and selling journeys.
• Lead a high‑performing inside‑sales team, setting targets, coaching, and monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Own end‑to‑end revenue operations, including pricing, forecasting, pipeline management and reporting.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and finance to align go‑to‑market initiatives and optimise the customer journey.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, incentives and performance dashboards to drive revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in inside sales or revenue operations, preferably within a technology‑enabled real‑estate or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong track record of building and scaling sales teams that deliver measurable revenue growth.
• Excellent analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
