Head of Architecture

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head our India architecture practice, aligning it with global objectives and supporting the growing volume of U.S. projects. The role combines strategic business leadership, technical excellence, and people development.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the India architecture unit.
• Drive growth, scaling capabilities, and manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Build strong relationships with U.S. leadership, clients, and partners.
• Identify new service opportunities, market trends, and innovation areas.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. design standards, building codes, and sustainability regulations.
• Lead quality assurance, BIM protocols, and advanced workflows such as design‑to‑fabrication and generative AI.
• Mentor and develop the architecture team, establishing career pathways and succession plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of experience in architecture practice leadership.
• Proven track record in business planning, P&L accountability, and client relationship management.
• Experience managing large, multi‑disciplinary teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Ability to represent the practice in senior leadership forums and strategic planning sessions.
