About the role
We are looking for a Guest Services Officer to join our Front Office team. The successful candidate will ensure a high standard of service for all guests and support smooth communication within the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, excellent customer service to all guests.
- Assist in the efficient operation of the Guest Service Centre within the Rooms Division.
- Handle internal and external communications, including telephone switchboard and paging systems.
- Coordinate with hotel staff to address guest inquiries and requests promptly.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel operations or front‑office functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Energetic, passionate about a career in hospitality.
Required skills
- Operating switchboard consoles.
- Using paging systems.
- Handling associated computer equipment.
