About the role
The Guest Service Officer will deliver courteous, professional, and efficient front‑office service to maximise guest satisfaction at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa. The role requires flexibility to rotate across rooms‑division sub‑departments and to support other areas as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, provide personalised service, and handle enquiries, complaints and special requests.
- Maintain accurate room allocations, update guest profiles and follow up on special requirements.
- Balance cash reports, manage remittance envelopes and complete opening/closing procedures.
- Promote hotel services, facilities and upsell promotions in line with hotel policies.
- Ensure proper handover of pending items for the next shift and communicate with long‑stay and suite guests.
- Uphold high standards of grooming, hygiene and teamwork across all departments.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations or front‑office roles.
- Strong customer‑service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to rotating departmental assignments.
