About the role
The Guest Relations Host provides a professional front‑of‑house experience for employees, guests and vendors, acting as the first point of contact for all workplace inquiries. This role ensures daily space readiness so staff can work productively and proactively identifies and resolves issues before they affect employees.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reception operations, including call handling, visitor greeting, badge issuance, guest registration and security compliance.
- Coordinate meetings, events, travel support and administrative tasks such as supplies, records and conference‑room readiness.
- Liaise with building management and vendors, log service requests and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain consistent service quality by following SOPs, staying visible and accessible, and supporting events with flexible hours.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in real‑estate services, travel/hospitality, retail, customer service or a related college degree.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with executive‑level clients and staff at all levels.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑starter with excellent organizational abilities.
