Growth Marketer (Paid Channels)

About the role

Qureos is seeking a Growth Marketer to own and scale paid‑channel performance across LinkedIn and Meta. The role focuses on turning ad spend into measurable revenue, linking every click and lead directly to the company’s bottom line.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
• Build and maintain attribution models that connect ad spend to actual revenue.
• Own cost‑per‑lead (CPL) as a core efficiency metric and continuously drive it down.
• Analyse in‑product usage data to identify post‑acquisition funnel leaks and feed insights back into channel strategy.
• Report CPL, attribution, and revenue performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on expertise with LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, comfortable running campaigns directly.
• Strong understanding of attribution modelling and revenue‑focused measurement.
• Experience working with product usage data to inform marketing decisions.
• Growth‑mindset that considers the full funnel, not just top‑of‑funnel metrics.
• Ability to work UAE time‑zone hours.
