Growth Manager

About the role

Google’s Large Customer Sales team is looking for a Growth Manager to partner with app‑first companies and help them achieve ambitious business growth goals. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, drive revenue across Google’s advertising suite, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Work with mobile‑focused clients to define and execute growth strategies that leverage Google Search, YouTube, Measurement and other ad solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets while managing a robust pipeline.
• Identify new opportunities within your book of business, prioritize accounts, and address objections.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to craft compelling, client‑specific pitches and recommendations.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, or digital marketing.
• Preferred: Master’s degree, 3+ years managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, and experience in the mobile app industry.
• Proven ability to build relationships with executive‑level stakeholders.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Google App solutions.
