Graphic Designer – Sustainability Team

About the role

Egis is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join its sustainability team in Bangalore. The role blends design expertise with a passion for sustainability, turning technical simulation data into clear, compelling visual stories for international infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Translate daylight, energy, thermal comfort and other simulation results into visual narratives and diagrams.
• Support the preparation of research reports and sustainability documentation.
• Create project presentations and communication materials for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with sustainability consultants, architects and other specialists to ensure clarity in sustainability narratives.
• Maintain design consistency and high visual standards across all project documents.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Background in architecture, urban design, environmental design or graphic design.
• Sharp eye for layout, visual storytelling and design quality.
• Basic understanding of sustainability principles or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
