Graphic Designer – Brand & Creative Team

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Creative team in Gurgaon. The role sits at the intersection of design, social media and generative AI tools, delivering on‑brand visual assets across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Transform rough briefs or business problems into sharp, on‑brand images and visual concepts using both GenAI and traditional design tools.
• Create always‑on assets for performance marketing, brand, CRM, app, social and other categories.
• Adapt visuals intelligently for platform‑native formats such as Instagram, YouTube, CRM, OOH and mobile apps, balancing brand guidelines with medium‑specific needs.
• Guard brand stewardship while thoughtfully pushing creative boundaries.
• Explore and apply generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Gemini, ChatGPT, Runway) to generate concepts, static images and short‑form video assets.
• Develop and maintain a high‑quality library of prompts, templates and brand assets to accelerate the team’s workflow.
• Identify untapped visual opportunities and lead self‑driven projects from ideation to delivery.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create on‑brand, high‑impact visual work.
• Self‑driven mindset with the capacity to set personal standards and move quickly.
• Passion for integrating AI tools into the design process.
