Global Senior Procurement Executive – IT Hardware & Software

About the role

The Global Senior Procurement Executive (Senior Buyer – IT Hardware/Software) will lead procurement activities for assigned product groups, ensuring competitive offers and margin improvement across the value chain. Based in Nashik or Pune, India, you will work closely with internal product teams and external suppliers to shape sourcing strategies and drive innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Participate actively in product group strategy and define procurement and relationship plans with partners and suppliers.
• Question technical project orientations and provide procurement input early in tendering stages.
• Network with global purchasing teams to develop a cohesive supplier strategy within the group.
• Manage supplier sourcing, selection, and qualification, integrating cost, lead‑time, technology, quality, flexibility, logistics and contractual terms.
• Assess supply‑chain risks and opportunities, implementing audits and supplier action plans to mitigate issues.
• Evaluate supplier performance and report achievements and continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of full‑cycle procurement experience, including advanced negotiations and contract management.
• Strong customer focus, responsiveness and adaptability.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
