Full-time IELTS Trainer – Dehradun

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated IELTS Trainer to join our centre in Dehradun. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive IELTS preparation across all four modules, helping learners improve their scores and achieve their study or immigration goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lessons for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking aligned with the official IELTS criteria.
• Prepare practice tests, worksheets and supplementary learning materials.
• Monitor student progress, conduct mock examinations and provide detailed feedback.
• Teach exam strategies, time‑management techniques and language accuracy tips.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create an inclusive learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics or a related field.
• TEFL/TESOL or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience teaching IELTS or English language in a classroom or coaching centre.
• Strong command of spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
• Patience, good classroom‑management skills and ability to support learners of varying proficiency.

Required skills

• Lesson planning and curriculum development for IELTS.
• Creation of practice tests and learning resources.
• Use of basic digital tools such as presentation software and online resources.
