Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to manage customer interactions across phone, email, and online channels. The role combines traditional front‑office duties with CRM management to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, social media, Google Business and WhatsApp.
• Book, confirm and adjust customer appointments, providing timely assistance for schedule changes.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and deliver prompt, satisfactory responses.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and relay feedback to relevant teams.
• Analyse customer data to uncover patterns and support CRM strategy enhancements.
• Collaborate with marketing, front office and medical teams to improve turnaround times.
• Manage the CRM platform, generate weekly, bi‑monthly and quarterly reports.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest product or service improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to understand customer sentiment and handle queries diplomatically.
• Strong planning, time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; Hindi, Kannada or another regional language is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude with a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software such as Leadsquared, Salesforce or Hubspot.
