About the role

The Freight Broker coordinates freight transportation across the United States, linking shippers with carriers to ensure timely deliveries. This night‑shift position (5:30 pm‑2:30 am) is based in Mohali and focuses on building strong business relationships while complying with U.S. regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with shippers and carriers.
• Build and manage a reliable carrier network.
• Negotiate freight rates and terms.
• Track shipments and resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers and provide updates.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience in U.S. freight brokerage or logistics.
• Knowledge of freight processes and regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
