About the role

We are seeking a Food & Beverage Trainer to lead training initiatives for our F&B team, ensuring exceptional service, strict hygiene compliance, and high guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and update training modules for food and beverage operations.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to staff at all levels.
• Monitor and assess skill improvement, providing feedback and coaching.
• Ensure training aligns with service excellence standards and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and measure effectiveness.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• 2–3 years of experience in training or supervisory roles within the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
