Flight Monitoring Control (FMC) Agent

About the role

The Flight Monitoring Control (FMC) Agent ensures safe and efficient ground operations for airline customers by handling flight monitoring, weight and balance documentation, and Departure Control System (DCS) support. The role works closely with airlines, ground handling agents, and airport teams to guarantee compliance with safety standards and service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, control and complete aircraft documentation for airline customers on behalf of ISA.
• Produce loading weight and balance documentation in line with airline specifications, using DCS or manual methods.
• Send Flight messages (LDM, CPM, UCM) according to procedures and resolve any communication issues.
• Handle advisory messages related to aircraft allocations, changes, and special requirements.
• Prepare DCS or manual load trim sheets for each departure, ensuring compliance with safety and quality procedures.
• Follow CLC work instructions and liaise with airlines, GHA contractors, and airport departments to provide accurate load information.
• Monitor check‑in variances and communicate EZFW/AZFW details to ground handling staff.

Required profile

• Fluent English language skills.
• High secondary diploma or equivalent; Load Control WB licence is a plus.
• At least 2 years of operational experience in the aviation industry.
• Knowledge of Departure Control Systems and ramp operations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
