Fitness Instructor / Gym Trainer / Personal Trainer (Male & Female)

About the role

Avra is seeking enthusiastic Fitness Instructors, Gym Trainers, and Personal Trainers to join our on‑site team in the Mohali district. You will work directly with clients to create and deliver personalized fitness solutions that help them achieve their health goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design customized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and track client progress.
• Deliver one‑on‑one and group training sessions while ensuring safety.
• Motivate clients, provide nutritional and lifestyle guidance, and monitor results.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workout environment.

Required profile

• Proficiency in fitness program design, personal training, and group instruction techniques.
• Strong knowledge of fitness assessments, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise methodologies.
• Excellent communication and client‑engagement skills.
• Basic understanding of nutrition and wellness principles.
• Relevant certifications (CPR/AED, NASM, ACE, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Prior experience as a personal trainer or fitness instructor is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
