First Aid Instructor – Bengaluru

About the role

The First Aid Instructor will deliver comprehensive first‑aid training to cabin and flight crew members, ensuring they are prepared to handle medical emergencies on board. This onsite role is based in Bengaluru and involves maintaining high standards of training compliance and equipment readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Impart first‑aid training to cabin crew and flight crew.
• Ensure strict compliance with training policies, procedures, and discipline.
• Investigate any first‑aid incidents that occur during flights.
• Maintain and regularly update training records in master and personal crew files.
• Verify availability and serviceability of training equipment during sessions and at outstation bases, reporting any issues to the Training Manager.
• Prepare, update, and circulate training modules, notifications, and circulars as needed.
• Maintain training data on an ongoing basis.
• Conduct mock emergency drills for trainee cabin crew at the training centre.
• Support the Manager in training needs analysis and provide feedback for training enhancements.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Cabin Safety Training Manager.

Required profile

• Doctor with an MBBS degree, or
• BSc Nursing graduate who is a registered nurse, or
• Paramedic with recognized first‑aid training.
