Finance – Deal Pricing & Commercial Finance Analyst

About the role

This position focuses on structuring and pricing complex deals while driving financial planning and analysis for assigned business units. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Legal teams to ensure profitability targets and compliance, and support strategic initiatives through robust financial modeling.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to structure and price complex deals, aligning with profitability targets and compliance guidelines.
• Develop pricing models and scenario analyses to support negotiations and decision‑making.
• Evaluate deal economics, including revenue recognition, margin analysis, and risk assessment.
• Provide recommendations on pricing strategies and discounting policies to senior leadership.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long‑range planning processes for assigned business units.
• Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and deliver actionable insights to improve profitability.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including P&L analysis, KPI tracking, and business commentary.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and business case development.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with Sales, Product, and Legal teams to structure and price complex deals.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning.
• Ability to analyze financial performance, identify variances, and propose profitability improvements.
• Experience preparing management reports with P&L analysis and KPI tracking.
