Facharbeiter (m/w/d)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Facharbeiter to join our construction team. The role involves working on both high‑rise and underground projects, as well as handling paving, plastering and interior finishing tasks. You will contribute to the successful completion of construction sites while maintaining high safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑rise and underground construction activities according to plans.
• Perform paving work, including surface preparation and laying of materials.
• Carry out plastering and interior finishing tasks on residential and commercial projects.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment safely.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Adhere to all health, safety and quality regulations on site.

Required profile

• Successfully completed an apprenticeship or vocational training in a construction trade.
• Class B driving licence.
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and flexibility.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a professional appearance.
