Executive N – SmartCare Sales Executive

About the role

The Executive N – SmartCare is a frontline sales position responsible for driving retail business growth within an assigned territory. You will build and nurture a dealer network, manage contractor relationships, and achieve volume and value targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly business plans and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Assist dealers in meeting their sales goals through regular visits, scheme communication, and material support.
• Identify and open new dealer counters to expand market potential.
• Analyze territory data, identify gaps, and initiate corrective actions.
• Organise promotional activations and product‑awareness meetings for dealers and contractors.
• Handle dealer queries, ensure product availability, and provide promotional tools.
• Collect payments from dealers, monitor outstanding amounts, and minimise overdue balances.
• Enroll contractors in loyalty programmes, update points, and conduct product launches.
• Investigate and resolve dealer and customer complaints within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with project sales, services, and other verticals; prepare daily and monthly reports.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any stream with at least 50% marks and no backlogs.
• Engineering graduates are not considered.
• MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome; entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply.
