About the role
The Executive N – SmartCare is a frontline sales position responsible for driving retail business growth within an assigned territory. You will build and nurture a dealer network, manage contractor relationships, and achieve volume and value targets.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly business plans and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Assist dealers in meeting their sales goals through regular visits, scheme communication, and material support.
- Identify and open new dealer counters to expand market potential.
- Analyze territory data, identify gaps, and initiate corrective actions.
- Organise promotional activations and product‑awareness meetings for dealers and contractors.
- Handle dealer queries, ensure product availability, and provide promotional tools.
- Collect payments from dealers, monitor outstanding amounts, and minimise overdue balances.
- Enroll contractors in loyalty programmes, update points, and conduct product launches.
- Investigate and resolve dealer and customer complaints within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with project sales, services, and other verticals; prepare daily and monthly reports.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in any stream with at least 50% marks and no backlogs.
- Engineering graduates are not considered.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome; entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply.
