About the role
Oxiliry is seeking an Executive Learning & Development professional to support the design, delivery, and administration of training programs. You will ensure smooth learning experiences, manage LMS operations, and help build organizational capability.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in executing soft‑skill, technical, and behavioral training programs.
- Coordinate workshops, learning interventions, and maintain training calendars.
- Support Training Needs Assessment by gathering employee and business data.
- Handle day‑to‑day LMS tasks: course uploads, enrollments, user management, and reporting.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning aids.
- Liaise with trainers, facilitators, and external vendors.
- Organise employee engagement and development initiatives and collect feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or training coordination.
- Basic understanding of training coordination, employee development, and LMS workflows.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
