About the role
The Executive Housekeeper will lead the housekeeping department of a Radisson hotel, ensuring that every guest experiences a spotless, welcoming environment. This senior position combines operational oversight with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Proactively address guest enquiries and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
- Develop and implement initiatives that meet hotel targets and improve service quality.
- Lead, coach, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
