About the role
We are looking for an Executive Back‑End Voice Customer Service professional to handle inbound English‑language calls. The role involves providing prompt, courteous assistance to customers while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls in English and resolve queries efficiently.
- Provide accurate product or service information to callers.
- Document interactions and follow up on open issues.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
- Maintain service quality metrics and adhere to call handling standards.
- Work in rotational shift patterns, including weekly days off.
- Collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles (preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to multitask.
- Positive, customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
