Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

About the role

The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer, providing analytical and administrative support across the Pipes Division’s plant operations. This role combines strategic insight with day‑to‑day coordination to help drive efficient production, inventory management and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse plant operations, inventory health, production planning and P&L data to support CEO decision‑making.
• Create and maintain reporting templates; circulate regular operational performance reports to senior management.
• Plan and conduct operations meetings: set agendas, capture minutes, track action items and raise alerts on delays or bottlenecks.
• Conduct strategic initiatives by studying industry data, identifying best practices and presenting recommendations.
• Challenge management ideas with innovative, out‑of‑the‑box solutions to improve business decisions.
• Contribute to performance improvement, productivity enhancement and cost‑reduction projects.
• Prepare and present operational performance summaries for executive review.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech.)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret operational and financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and meeting facilitation.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work closely with senior leadership.
