Executive / Assistant Manager – Supplier Quality

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Executive / Assistant Manager to lead supplier quality activities for Bosch Rexroth India. The role focuses on qualifying, auditing, and developing machining and casting suppliers to support ongoing projects and new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify machining and casting suppliers for active projects.
• Conduct supplier audits for new vendor releases and continuous process improvement.
• Develop suppliers for serial production and manage material-specific requirements.
• Systematically solve problems and support shop‑floor claim handling.
• Implement Q‑focus programs and support cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Assist new product development projects (MPP) with design concepts and cost targets.

Required profile

• B.E. Mechanical Engineering with over 7 years of industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of quality management experience.
• Extensive experience in machining and casting processes.
• Willingness to travel frequently and ability to work under pressure.
