About the role
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to KKR’s leadership team in the Gurugram office. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel arrangements for up to four senior executives, aligning schedules with business priorities.
- Serve as the primary liaison with internal teams such as operations, hospitality, facilities, and security to facilitate task execution.
- Organize and support internal and external virtual meetings, ensuring seamless technical setup.
- Provide proactive assistance to visiting stakeholders, including itinerary planning and on‑site coordination.
- Handle a wide range of administrative duties, including document preparation, expense reporting, and correspondence management.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple senior executives simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional demeanor with effective communication across diverse internal stakeholders.
