End User Computing Expert

About the role

The End User Computing Expert will lead the design, deployment and support of Windows client solutions for Bosch’s global workforce. You will work closely with architects, project managers and business stakeholders to deliver secure, automated, and scalable endpoint environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain SCCM and/or Intune device management solutions, including patch management and Windows 11 image creation.
• Deploy OS images, integrate drivers, test and roll out Windows 11 across the enterprise.
• Implement and support BitLocker disk encryption using MBAM or SCCM, ensuring compliance and managing recovery keys.
• Lead client migrations in M&A scenarios, performing readiness checks, deployment support and post‑migration stabilization.
• Develop automation workflows using PowerShell, Graph API and Gen‑AI tools to streamline routine tasks.
• Act as a centre of excellence for client solutions, collaborating with local IT teams during rollout phases.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech or equivalent engineering degree.
• 7+ years of experience in workplace endpoint management with Microsoft technologies.
• Proven track record of Windows client migrations and advanced troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of business requirements for client workplace technologies.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Endpoint Management, Security, Windows 11) are a plus.
