Electrical Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to lead preventive and breakdown maintenance activities in a manufacturing plant. The role focuses on ensuring reliable electrical operations, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous production.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot motors, drives, PLCs, panels, transformers, and utility systems.
• Maintain minimum downtime and provide smooth production support.
• Monitor electrical safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Plan maintenance schedules and coordinate with production teams.
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 10–14 years of experience in electrical maintenance within manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of plant electrical systems and utility maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate maintenance teams.
• Good problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
