Early Childhood Educator – Video Content Creator

About the role

BabyBillion, India’s leading kids YouTube channel, is expanding its educational content and seeks enthusiastic early childhood educators to bring learning to life on camera. You will create short, engaging video lessons for children aged 2‑8, filming from your home or classroom.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 3–7 minute teaching videos in English, Hindi and Maths.
• Cover topics such as phonics, alphabet, counting, addition, and Hindi swar and vyanjan.
• Follow content briefs provided by the curriculum team and meet agreed delivery timelines.
• Film using your own smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a microphone for clear audio.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of teaching experience with children aged 2–8 (preschool, kindergarten or early primary).
• Background in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCEd) or early years teaching.
• Warm, expressive, and confident on camera, able to hold a young child’s attention.
• Fluent in Hindi; working knowledge of English is a plus.

Required skills

• Fluency in Hindi and basic English proficiency.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging young learners.
• Ownership of a smartphone (iPhone or Android) with a good microphone for clean audio recording.
