Domestic Recruiter – Onsite, Day Shift (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Domestic Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Hyderabad. This full‑time, day‑shift position will give you hands‑on experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle while supporting a fast‑paced, high‑volume hiring environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for domestic positions, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Prioritise and track multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide a seamless hiring experience.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify new candidate pools.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
• Seek continuous feedback and learning opportunities to improve recruitment processes.
