Director – New Partnerships

About the role

Snapmint is seeking a seasoned Director to lead the acquisition and management of high‑value bank and digital‑lender partnerships. You will own the end‑to‑end process of identifying, structuring, and commercialising partnership deals that drive significant loan volume for our zero‑interest purchase‑financing product.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage digital lenders and banks with a monthly business potential exceeding ₹100 Cr.
• Maintain a qualified prospect pipeline aligned with Snapmint’s growth targets.
• Lead deal structuring, including opportunity sizing, product‑market fit assessment, BRD creation, pricing, SLAs, and revenue‑sharing models.
• Drive NDA execution, data evaluation, and feasibility studies in collaboration with product, risk, technology, and compliance teams.
• Oversee hand‑off to the tech team, ensuring complete API documentation, version sequencing, and phased product launch planning.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to identify next‑wave partners and expand strategic footprint.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent; MBA/PGDM from a tier‑1 institute preferred.
• 5–10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years of proven success closing large bank partnerships in fintech, payments, lending, or NBFC sectors.
