Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, ownership‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to run our entire digital engine – from the first impression to qualified leads. You will treat BBFT’s digital presence as a product, set strategy, build systems and be accountable for growth, lead quality and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the BBFT website end‑to‑end, manage performance, updates and mobile experience; drive on‑page and off‑page SEO for high‑intent keywords.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, manage budget, CPA and ROAS, and build retargeting funnels.
• Set up WhatsApp automation flows, create Zapier/Make workflows to prevent lead leakage, and design email drip sequences.
• Configure GA4, pixel tracking and full‑funnel attribution; produce weekly and monthly performance reports and maintain clean CRM integration.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in lead‑generation or an agency environment.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress/CMS, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and GA4.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp API tools (e.g., WATI, Interakt, AiSensy) and automation platforms such as Zapier or Make.
• Data‑first mindset, problem‑solving attitude and ability to act without waiting for direction.
