DevOps Engineer – CI/CD Automation

About the role

Wipro is seeking a DevOps Engineer to bridge development, operations, and testing teams. You will automate and streamline integration and deployment processes, ensuring smooth delivery of applications across the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications.
• Automate testing, deployment, configuration and monitoring using DevOps tools.
• On‑board applications onto the DevOps toolchain and configure them per client requirements.
• Create and manage user access workflows following defined processes.
• Collaborate with developers to write scripts that connect code to production infrastructure.
• Provide timely support to internal and external customers, resolve tickets within SLA and follow escalation procedures.
• Perform root‑cause analysis for recurring issues and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in a DevOps role.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and automation best practices.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Customer‑focused mindset with experience in ticket resolution and support.
