Desktop Support Engineer (Windows/macOS/Linux)

About the role

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to deliver end‑user technical assistance across Windows, macOS and Linux platforms. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues while ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop and laptop systems on Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operating system, software installation and performance issues.
• Handle networking problems, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and VPN connectivity.
• Deliver remote support using TeamViewer, AnyDesk and RDP.
• Support Office 365 applications and resolve email‑related issues.
• Install, configure and maintain antivirus tools to ensure endpoint security compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Assist with basic server‑related troubleshooting and support activities.
• Maintain accurate records of support tickets, resolutions and system updates.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining service quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Windows, macOS and Linux workstations.
• Familiarity with networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS and VPN.
• Experience using remote support tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk and RDP.
• Knowledge of Office 365 administration and email troubleshooting.
• Understanding of antivirus solutions and endpoint security best practices.
• Ability to diagnose hardware problems on desktops, laptops and peripherals.
• Basic server troubleshooting skills.
