Delivery Excellence Leader – AGM/AVP (Banking) – Chennai/Mumbai

About the role

The organization is seeking a senior leader to drive delivery excellence across its banking business process services portfolio. This AGM/AVP role will shape enterprise‑wide transformation, operational excellence and continuous‑improvement initiatives in Chennai and Mumbai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide operational excellence, process governance, quality improvement and automation enablement.
• Foster a continuous‑improvement culture using Lean Six Sigma, AI‑led transformation, and customer‑centric metrics.
• Build data‑driven decision frameworks, operational dashboards, VOC analytics and predictive insights.
• Present transformation outcomes to senior client stakeholders and support strategic deal pursuits.
• Develop Lean Six Sigma capability, mentor Green Belts and Black Belts, and drive certification programs.
• Establish best‑practice repositories and transformation playbooks.

Required profile

• 20+ years of experience in operational transformation, continuous improvement, agile or operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of retail and commercial banking, cards & payments, KYC/AML, transaction monitoring, consumer operations, disputes & chargebacks, treasury and trade operations.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC, Kaizen, DFSS, VSM).
• Process governance and automation enablement.
• Stakeholder management and executive communication.
