Cybersecurity Engineer (L3) – Billawar

About the role

Atomic North Private Limited is seeking an experienced L3 Cybersecurity Engineer to join its Security Operations team in Billawar, Jammu & Kashmir. The role involves full ownership of incident response, detection engineering, and capability development across client environments, operating on a 24×7 rotational shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end P1 and P2 incident response for multiple client environments.
• Perform post‑incident analysis and produce actionable reports.
• Design and implement detection engineering solutions to improve threat visibility.
• Develop and enhance L2 security capabilities and processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with client‑facing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity and security operations.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a high‑ownership, leadership‑oriented environment.
• Willingness to work a 24×7 rotational shift and be onsite in Billawar.
• Strong communication skills for clear incident reporting.
