About the role
Tether is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for users and partners who need help with Tether tokens, blockchain transactions, and related services. The role requires handling a high volume of tickets while delivering clear, accurate, and consistent responses.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries submitted through Tether’s ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to token transfers, blockchain confirmations, and account queries.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to ensure accurate information is provided.
Required profile
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage a large volume of tickets without sacrificing quality.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following internal procedures.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Required skills
- Experience using ticketing or help‑desk platforms.
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology and stablecoins.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear documentation skills.
