Customer Service Representative

About the role
The Customer Service Representative will handle USP’s global customer quotes and orders for reference standards and publication products. You will be the primary point of contact for domestic and international customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process customer quotes and orders daily.
- Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and fax within USP’s 24‑48 business‑hour response window.
- Resolve problem orders and investigate customer complaints, documenting findings.
- Assist customers with complex order and fulfillment processes, both domestic and international.
- Maintain order records and ensure compliance with USP’s Customer Experience Goal Standards.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while delivering high‑quality customer service.
