Customer Service & Dispatch Executive

About the role

This position is responsible for handling inbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating timely dispatch of services. The role requires a strong focus on one‑call resolution, active listening, and effective communication with both customers and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls according to standard procedures and meet assigned satisfaction, lead generation, and efficiency targets.
• Maintain compliance with quality parameters for customer and third‑party interactions.
• Escalate dispatch issues to internal support, supervisors, or managers when necessary.
• Identify and dispatch the fastest, most cost‑effective service solution for each customer.
• Negotiate with service providers to secure appropriate ETAs and rates.
• Ensure all communication with service providers is prompt and efficient.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and any additional tasks directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Clear, coherent English speech with proper grammar and pronunciation.
• Ability to ask effective open and closed questions to gather necessary information.
• Skill in adjusting tone, pace, and language to support diverse callers.
• Capability to communicate constructively with higher‑level support teams.
