About the role
Astrotalk is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join its support team in Noida. You will be the first point of contact for users seeking astrology consultations, helping them through calls, chats and emails.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, chats, and emails in a clear and polite manner.
- Understand customer issues and provide the appropriate resolution or guidance.
- Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the relevant team when needed.
- Ensure timely responses and proper follow‑ups until the issue is closed.
- Maintain basic records of interactions and updates for tracking purposes.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp customer concerns and offer suitable solutions.
- Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping.
- Proactive attitude with strong follow‑up capabilities.
