About the role

We are looking for a Customer Retention & Growth specialist to drive incremental revenue through data‑driven, product‑led campaigns. You will act as the technical bridge between campaign briefings and the operations team, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Design marketing campaigns based on detailed business plans, target segmentation and ROI analysis.
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution using Adobe Campaign.
  • Develop complex multi‑channel CRM workflows across Omni‑Channel platforms to meet volume, quality and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with the Head of CRM and the wider CRM team to shape engagement and retention strategies.
  • Champion Adobe Campaign within the marketing organization and provide technical support.
  • Prepare data briefs, build workflows and recommend performance improvements.
  • Maintain and optimise BAU campaigns while creating innovative new initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results on schedule.
  • Analyse program performance, customer segmentation and ROI to guide future actions.
  • Design and test SMS/email communications, ensuring accurate A/B testing.
  • Produce loyalty collateral and work with agencies and vendors on creative deliverables.

Required profile

  • Strong understanding of the full campaign lifecycle from brief to delivery.
  • Experience managing CRM and multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Data‑driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
