Controlling Specialist (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a Controlling Specialist to join our finance team. In this position you will support business units by providing accurate financial analysis and reporting, helping drive data‑based decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Maintain and improve controlling processes and tools, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Develop dashboards and visualisations to communicate key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Controlling or Accounting.
• Several years of experience in business or controlling functions.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus but not mandatory.
