About the role
We are looking for a reliable, deadline‑driven Construction Supervisor to lead our construction crews. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and comply with safety and building standards.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train and supervise crew members.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback and recommend improvements.
- Educate staff on safety regulations and building codes.
- Ensure availability of required materials and equipment.
- Maintain project budgets and track expenditures.
