Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will lead on‑site activities for residential apartment projects in Bangalore, ensuring that structural and finishing works are executed to quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, and finishing tasks such as painting, tiling, and waterproofing.
• Implement health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with standards.
• Organise work schedules for subcontractors and tradespeople to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect work quality, maintain daily progress reports and monitor material usage.
• Manage onsite labour, materials and machinery, acting as liaison between contractors, architects and management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or any other relevant degree or lesser qualification (BE in Civil not considered).
• 2‑4 years of experience in construction of residential apartments in Bangalore, with exposure to projects of at least G+4 floors.
• Male candidate.
