Construction Quality Engineer

About the role

The Construction Quality Engineer will ensure that all construction activities meet ISO 9001:2015 standards and project quality specifications. You will work closely with design, procurement, and site teams to implement and monitor quality assurance processes across high‑rise and finish‑element projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and enforce Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Specify test requirements for packages and create/revise method statements and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Identify root causes of non‑conformities, propose corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Assess site work independently, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure proper document storage in REIMS.
• Provide technical inputs, reports, and clarifications to all project departments.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (NICMAR postgraduate preferred).
• ISO 9001:2015 certification or knowledge is desirable.
• 6–20 years of experience on major construction projects, preferably with high‑rise and finish elements; overseas experience is a plus.

Required skills

• ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems.

• Method statement and ITP preparation.
• SOP creation and document management (REIMS).
• Knowledge of construction materials, sequencing, and protection of finished works.
• Familiarity with national and international construction standards.
