About the role

The Cluster Director of Human Resources will lead all HR functions for Hilton Goa Resort, ensuring the talent strategy aligns with business objectives and delivers exceptional guest experiences. This senior position combines strategic planning with hands‑on management of recruitment, development, compensation, and employee relations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and forecast short‑ and long‑term talent needs to support the resort’s growth.
• Maintain a best‑practice recruitment process using the company’s vacancy management system.
• Develop and oversee career and succession planning programs.
• Design and implement training and development initiatives to boost performance and service quality.
• Manage the HR database, payroll system, and employee welfare services.
• Coordinate opinion surveys, social‑event calendars, and employee‑relations issue resolution.
• Monitor competitor HR practices and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven HR management experience in hotel, leisure, or retail environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen.
