About the role
We are seeking an energetic and personable Club Receptionist to be the first point of contact for members and guests at Soho House Mumbai. The role combines front‑desk duties with guest‑service responsibilities, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s warmth and high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome members, guests and visitors with confidence, warmth and professionalism.
- Manage reservations, enquiries, guest arrivals and member requests across multiple House outlets.
- Handle incoming calls, directing enquiries efficiently.
- Support members with bookings, recommendations and personalized service.
- Coordinate guest lists and assist with events, screenings and rooftop activations.
- Take In‑Room Dining orders and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menus, events and House offerings.
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive first and lasting impressions.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality, lifestyle and guest experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, engaging personality and ability to stay calm in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Previous experience in reception, front office, guest relations, membership or hospitality is preferred.
